As day two of my plateau bust continues, here is my workout log, and my food Journal (From dailyburn.com — registration required to see details).
Workout – Upper Body
As usual, 5 mins of cardio before workout, and 60 seconds between sets. I did not do cardio between sets when I had to change machines / rack weights — I used the racking as rest time. Also, I got lazy and blew off the last 5 mins of cardio.
Chest
Super Set
- Push Ups: 20/15/12
- Dips: 10/10/10 @120#
Incline Flys: 12@20#, 10@25#, 8@27.5#
Shoulders
Super Set
- Front Shoulder Press: 12/12/12 @50#
- Lateral Raise: 10/10/10 @15#
Bent Over Lateral Raise (Cable): 8/8/8 @ 37.5#
Triceps
Super Set
- Pullover (Brain Crushers): 12/12/12 @55#
- Kickbacks: 10/10/10 @17.5#
Overhead Triceps Extension (cable): 8/8/8 @ 42.5#
