I finally managed to hit my caloric goal yesterday. Course, I also ran in the AM, so, maybe I didn’t really hit it. I ended up eating a $30 sashimi sampler for dinner, which kept my numbers pretty good, imho:
My fat content was a bit high — need to work on that. But, it did contribute to the kcals so . . . 🙂
