Critical Mass

Those of you who know me, know that I’ve been obsessed with my weight recently. For the last 2-3 months, I’ve been trying to eat healthy, and hit the gym 3-4 days a week. I hit a plateau, and decided to give The Velocity Diet 3.0 a try.
The diet has been working, albeit slowly. But, now I’m trying to decide what to do afterward. (Is there a life after V-Diet?). I plan on joining Weight Watchers with my wife, but, I’d like to also stick to something a bit extreme too. (I tend to do better with extreme than with easy — for me, it’s easier to stick to something impossible, than to just avoid the twinkie)
So, I’ve been looking into the P90X exercise / nutrition regimen. I have found no bad reviews, just that it is REALLY hard. (I heard the same thing about the V-Diet) Anyone out there have any opinions either way?

Go lo-carb, fool. That is the quickest way to drop the weight. Then as you approach your target weight, start gliding over to whatever healthy-eating regiment you want to follow…
